Order Processing & Shipping

We make every effort to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Even during this busy time, we are processing and shipping nearly all orders within 48 hours. All Canadian shipments are sent by Chit Chats on behalf of Canada Post using expedited parcel service. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information if your item qualifys for tracking.

USA orders are shipped from Vancouver, Canada by Chit Chats on behalf of USPS. We will send you a tracking number as soon as the order is sent. Please note that all prices are in Canadian dollars. We make every effort to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. We aim to process & ship all orders within 48 - 72 hours.
